                                  Message from the President

Welcome to the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. - Eta Chi Zeta Chapter website!
As President of this esteemed chapter, I am deeply honored and profoundly grateful for the opportunity to serve such a remarkable group of women dedicated to our founding principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. Our chapter's commitment to these principles guides us in all that we do, propelling us toward excellence in every endeavor and reinforcing our unwavering support for the Joliet community.

In Eta Chi Zeta, we are dedicated to empowering our members and community through education, service, and leadership. We strive to uphold the highest standards of excellence in all our initiatives, fostering a spirit of unity and sisterhood. We aim to make a meaningful impact by addressing the needs of our community through service, promoting academic achievement through our Pearl Essence Foundation, and exemplifying the ideals of finer womanhood through ourselves as members.

We are committed to numerous initiatives. Through our Pearl Essence Foundation, we provide scholarships to deserving students in the Will County area, supporting their pursuit of higher education and helping them achieve their academic dreams. Our chapter also actively participates in various community service projects - from food drives to health awareness campaigns, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. We continue to be committed to mentoring and empowering young people in our community through programs that promote leadership, education, and personal
development. And we currently sponsor an active and thriving Youth Auxiliary through our Sorority’s International Program. Promoting the health and well-being of our community is a priority for us. We organize events and workshops focusing on physical, mental, and emotional health. We support local partners and provide resources for economic development, helping to create a thriving and sustainable community.

I am continually inspired by the dedication and passion of our members as we work together to fulfill our commitments. Thank you for demonstrating an interest in our chapter and its initiatives. Together, we will continue to make a positive and lasting impact in Joliet, Will County, and beyond.

Lawander Bradley-Bey
President
